CYPE’s Quality Management System has been certified once again as being in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard. This certificate has been awarded by Bureau Veritas, the main private certification entity in Spain, having carried out the certification audit on the 12th August 2015, valid until 2018.
CYPE envisages the Quality Management System as a way of boosting its business management basing it on four fundamental pillars such as the quality of its service, the management of its processes, continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Over 30 years of dedication and effort
During over 30 years of professional activity, CYPE professionals have dedicated their efforts to satisfy, close to, 60,000 software users from across the globe. This commitment allowed CYPE to become, in October 2000, the first Spanish company of the sector to obtain the ISO 9002:1994 certification.
Four years later, Bureau Veritas Quality International re-audited the company and verified the efficiency of CYPE’s quality management, acknowledging its accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard for “Marketing, distribution and after-sales service of software for architecture, engineering and construction”.
On the 17th July 2012, Bureau Veritas certified CYPE’s Management System as being in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, valid until 2015 and has been renewed.
